PAYMENT PROCESS

• The price of flowers corresponds to the amount indicated on Floral Art’s website’s relevant order page when you finalize your order (including VAT).
• Delivery arrangements are initiated once online payment is successfully processed. This involves selecting the bouquet(s)/flower(s), user registration, confirming card payment, and receiving email notifications.
• Delivery costs, where applicable, are determined based on the chosen delivery date and time as displayed on Floral Art’s website.

DELIVERY

• Kindly provide clear delivery instructions, including preferred time slots (AM or PM), which we’ll do our utmost to accommodate. However, exact timings cannot be guaranteed.
• Floral Art takes measures to ensure the proper packaging, storage, and security of flowers to ensure their good condition upon delivery.
• Floral Art’s responsibility is to either deliver the flowers or make arrangements for their delivery, as per the address provided during the order or any changes communicated via written confirmation.
• If the order is intended as a surprise gift, it’s essential to provide detailed location and timing information.
• Our standard delivery hours fall between 9 am and 9pm, unless specified otherwise.
• For Urgent Delivery, an additional fee applies, contingent on the recipient’s location. Under this condition, orders will be delivered within four hours of being placed.
• For comprehensive delivery timing details, please consult the Delivery Policies section on each product page.
• Take note that shipping fees cover a single location only. Multiple delivery locations will incur additional shipping fees per additional address.
• If our driver has already reached the initial shipping address provided, and you subsequently change the location, a supplementary charge of 30AED will apply if the new location is over 2 kilometers away from the original address. To avoid this situation, please communicate such changes to our Customer Service Team.
• While we guarantee delivery on your chosen date, precise timings cannot be assured. For orders requiring specific delivery time slots, please reach out to our Customer Service Team before placing your order.
• Floral Art is not liable for delays resulting from factors beyond our control. In case of supply delays due to external events, we’ll promptly inform you and take mitigative measures. If a substantial delay (over 24 hours) is foreseen, you can choose to cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered flowers.
• If the recipient is unavailable, Floral Art will return the flowers to the warehouse, and the recipient must coordinate with Floral Art for same-day collection.
• When third parties (e.g., hospitals, schools, offices) are involved in the delivery, the signature of an authorized individual from the organization serves as proof of delivery.

FLOWER RESPONSIBILITY AND FEEDBACK

• You assume responsibility for the flowers upon Floral Art’s delivery to the specified address.
• Any feedback regarding orders should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Order amendments or cancellations are permissible up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date, entitling you to a refund.
• If you have concerns about product quality, please share photos of the arrangement along with purchase proof or the sender’s name (for gifts). Our Customer Service Team will assist you accordingly.

• Maintain the vase’s water level and change the water every few days.

• Utilize flower food if available; alternatively, sugar and aspirin can serve as substitutes.
